Description - The page allows to configure different properties required for deployment of C-DAC's Toolkit for LOINC (CLNtk) as a REST APIs, please provide information asked below.
Details:
LOINC CSV File Directory*:
Enter LOINC folder path containing Loinc.csv, PanelsAndForms.csv, Part.csv

× This folder must contain three files: Loinc.csv, Part.csv and PanelsAndForms.csv.
How to get these files:
  • Visit https://loinc.org and user must be signed in to download Loinc_x.zip.
  • Go to the Downloads tab and download the LOINC zip file, unzip it
  • Copy Loinc_x > LoincTable > Loinc.csv
  • Copy Loinc_x > AccessoryFiles > PartFile > Part.csv.
  • Copy Loinc_x > AccessoryFiles > PanelsAndForms > PanelsAndForms.csv.
Place all three files in one folder and provide that folder's path here.
LOINC Index directory path*:
Enter directory path for loinc index creation.

× CLCI (Common Lab Codes for India) is a curated subset of LOINC codes covering commonly used laboratory tests in India. Providing this file lets you search LOINC codes using familiar Indian lab test names.
How to get this file:
  • Visit https://www.nrces.in/services/national-releases for the national releases page.
  • Click "Get Common Lab Codes for India (CLCI)" to download the zip file.
  • Extract it and provide the absolute path to the CLCI CSV file here ( eg. D:\CLCI\common-lab-codes-for-india.csv).
