How to get this file:

https://www.nrces.in/services/national-releases
for the national releases page.
Click "Get Common Lab Codes for India (CLCI)" to download the zip file.
Extract it and provide the absolute path to the CLCI CSV file here ( eg. D:\CLCI\common-lab-codes-for-india.csv).
