Relevant Post qualification work experience in
  • Electronic Hardware Design principles
  • Knowhow of Embedded hardware design
  • Excellent knowledge of digital and analog system designs,
  • Overall knowledge of System Design with 32/64-bit Microcontrollers/SOCs/ Processors, DDRx memories, PCle, LVDS, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, USB etc.
  • Testing, debugging and Board bring up with hardware software co-design
  • Reviewing and resolving DFM/DFA/TQ/EQ by co-ordinating with related parties
  • Well versed with Schematic and high-speed PCB Design
  • Know-how of SI and PI analysis of complex PCBs
  • Leadership and Project Management qualities
  • Interacting with external vendors as per project requirement
  • Team player, co-ordinating between team members to complete the activity
  • Ability to work hands-on and guide team members
  • Ability to estimate, plan and meet individual work requirements
  • Ability to perform technical design reviews and recommend improvements
  • Ability to drive technical review meetings and discussions.
  • Ability to write, review and approve technical reports and documents
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Proposed Job Profile Techno-Manager System Design
  • Handling project activities related to system design activities in server project
  • Electronic design of Compute Servers, High speed Switches, Network Interface Cards.
  • The design activities include working with latest Server class processors from Intel, ARM, etc. and Switch SOCs with Serial links of 400 Gbps or more b/w, along with DDR4/5, PCIe4/5, Ethernet, NVMe drive interfaces, etc.
  • Reviewing and designing schematics for PCBs
  • Reviewing and resolving DFM/DFA by co-ordinating with related parties
  • Interaction with PCB manufacturer and EMS vendor to get the product manufactured as per requirement.
  • Providing support to testing, debugging and board bring up with hardware software co-design, taking the product through various cycles of development - EVT, DVT and PVT
  • Cross-functional team Interaction
  • Writing technical reports, presentations and related documents as per project requirement
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Consolidated Pay Per Month As per the industry standards based on qualification, experience, expertise, role etc.
