C-DAC Mumbai organized the Convocation Ceremony for the graduating students of the February 2026 batch of the Post-Graduate Certificate Programmes on August 14th, 2026, at the Terna College Auditorium, Nerul. The event brought together students from C-DAC Mumbai, C-DAC Thiruvananthapuram, and C-DAC CINE (Guwahati) on a shared platform to celebrate their academic achievements.

The ceremony recorded anoverwhelming participation with a total of 350 graduating students out of which 300 were from C-DAC Mumbai and 30 from C-DAC Thiruvananthapuram and 20 from C-DAC CINE.Participation of students across these three C-DAC centres added to the grandeur and collaborative spirit of the occasion. Students from four programmes were felicitated during the ceremony: Post-Graduate Certificate Programme in Artificial Intelligence (PGCP-AI), Big Data Analytics (PGCP-BDA), Advanced Computing (PGCP-AC), and Cyber Security & Forensics (PGCP-CSF).

The ceremony featured inspiring addresses from esteemed dignitaries, including Chief Guest Shri E. Magesh, Director General, C-DAC and Shri Aditya Kumar Sinha, Executive Director, C-DAC Mumbai. Their messages emphasized continuous learning, adaptability in emerging technologies, and the promising career path ahead for the graduating students.

The certificates were presented to the graduands by the Chief Guest and the Executive Director along with senior dignitaries of C-DAC, including Ms. Indira Pasupathy, Director Finance; Shri Rajesh Kumar Tripathi, Director HRD; and Shri Niranjan Vaishnaw, Registrar, Dr. C.P. Johnson, Scientist G, and Ms. Veena Tyagi, Scientist G, and Ms. Sajita Thomas, Director HR at Diebold Nixdorf and Shri Sumit Rajwade, Chief (Deep) Thinking Officer at mPrompto.

The Course Coordinators of each programme formally presented their students to receive the certificates.The ceremony also recognised the top-performing students of the February 2026 batch across all programmes, celebrating their outstanding academic excellence, while student representatives from each programme shared their experiences.

The event celebrated the dedication, perseverance, and achievements of the graduating students, while strengthening the bond between C-DAC and its students across centres. It marked not only the culmination of their academic journey but also the beginning of their professional growth within India's technology ecosystem. The ceremony concluded with the traditional batch photograph and cap-throwing celebration.
