Showcasing Vivan-BCI Project

C-DAC Delhi exhibited "Vivan-BCI" solution at the MeitY pavilion during the six-day India AI Impact Summit 2026 on February 24th, 2026. Supported by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India and developed in collaboration with AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi), Vivan-BCI was presented to a diverse global audience, highlighting India's advancements in assistive AI technologies.

Vivan-BCI (Brain-Computer Interface) project is a cutting-edge assistive communication solution targeted to translate human intention into computer commands. The team Neuro-Cognitive AI & XR Group, C-DAC Delhi demonstrated the practical applications of the technology, effectively bridging the gap between human thought and digital reality. Attendees were highly engaged, witnessing firsthand how the system serves as a crucial assistive tool, shifting the narrative from AI as a mere spectacle to a tangible, life-changing innovation.

The India AI Impact Summit 2026 marked a major milestone for the Vivan-BCI team and India’s AI ecosystem. The exhibition drew tremendous attention, showcasing the real-world impact of AI and resonating strongly with attendees. Its success garnered extensive media coverage, featuring on 11 major channels and receiving international recognition, including coverage by RFI (French Radio).
